Overview: This resolution would automatically suspend the charters of any State Department or State District that has not turned in their Change of Officers form prior to the State/National Convention (as appropriate) and would deny the National Executive Committeemen from those states reimbursement for the National Convention only if it is not submitted before the end of the National Convention.

Overview: This resolution would amend how the Immediate Past Finance Officer seat is designated in the event that there is a long gap between the current and previous Finance Officers and allow State Departments to do the same.

Overview: This resolution would increase the reimbursement rates for the National Department for Per Diems and Mileage and also increase the travel cap before approval must be sought from the National Commander before travel.

Resolution affects: National, State Department and State District levels Overview: This resolution would create a uniform code for badges to be worm by sitting and past Commanders at the National, State and State District levels.
Resolution # 2026-08
Subject: Sweats for Vets & Undergarments Program, Assisting Grants program
Submitted by: National Executive Board
Resolution affects: National, State Department and State District levels Overview: Merge the Sweats for Vets & Undergarments Program into the Assisting Grants Program. Provide funding for assisting grants by allocating $0.90 of National membership dues to the program.
