Wednesday March 4^th –  7:30 AM Buses depart the hotel for Capitol Hill  - (Garfield Circle )
Wednesday March 4^th –  5:00 PM Busses pick up Capitol Hill (Peace Circle) for hotel
Wednesday March 4^th –  7:00 PM NEC Meeting in the Harbor Room at the Doubletree

Thursday March 5^th - 7:30 AM Buses depart the hotel for Capitol Hill  - (Garfield Circle )
Thursday March 5^th –  5:00 PM Busses pick up Capitol Hill (Peace Circle) for hotel
