FRIENDLY REMINDERS ON UPCOMING DEADLINES:

In preparation to the 2022 Nat’l SOA Convention in New Orleans, LA, The Registration form” will be mailed in the Convention packet later this month.

FYI – National SOA Officers and PNCs are not required to submit the form.

PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:

Change of Officers by July 15th. (Those Squadrons and Departments not having their COOs at HQ by this date will be placed on membership suspension, if they are not received by the end of Convention, delinquent Squadrons and or Departments will be placed on Charter Suspension until such time as they are received.)
Memberships 2021-2022 by July 15th so that HQ will have ample of time to print 2022-2023 membership cards.

We were recently notified, tickets to the Banquet and Silver Helmet can be purchased at https://support.amvets.org/2022NationalConventionTickets. Attached is a scanned copy of information you will need to enter (only required fields if you’re purchasing tickets are name, email, phone and address, all other fields can be skipped) in order to purchase tickets with a credit card only. Also, “Registration closes on July 29, 2022. No reception or banquet tickets will be sold onsite.”

To: SOA National Officers (2021-2022) and PNC’s – Please reply if you do not want Fried Chicken. Also, please email Narcy if you would like to buy ticket(s) for guest(s), meal preference and is required to submit payment ASAP for your “guest(s).”
