FYI – National SOA Officers and PNCs are not required to submit the form.

 

PLEASE NOTE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:

Change of Officers by July 15th. (Those Squadrons and Departments not having their COOs at HQ by this date will be placed on membership suspension, if they are not received by the end of Convention, delinquent Squadrons and or Departments will be placed on Charter Suspension until such time as they are received.)
Memberships 2022-2023 by July 15th so that HQ will have ample of time to print 2023-2024 membership cards.
